MATTRESS PROJECT IN NICARAGUA –Please help by saving your outer milk plastic bags and placing them in the box in the foyer by the coat rack. Since January 2018, our church has saved 551 milk bags!

NURSERY NEWS– Look for the Nursery in a brand new location downstairs! A reminder for our nursery workers…please be in the nursery about 10:20amto receive the children.
NOTE: Starting today, right through until September 2, there will be KIdsVenture every second Sunday. Nursery will continue weekly.

ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND CELEBRATION– September 14, 15, 16… Plans include a Friday night banquet/concert, a Saturday family carnival with yard sale & BBQ, and a special Sunday afternoon service with reception. Mark this date on your calendar! You won’t want to miss it!
WE NEED YOUR HELP – Do you have photos/memorable items to share? The Historical Committee is seeking these items to visually showcase the past 100 years at WCC. Pass along your items to Iva, Beth, Gloria, or Margaret. Photos will be scanned and returned promptly. Memorable items will be labeled for display and returned after celebration. Talk it around; others may have special memories, too! Let’s celebrate the past to look forward in faith! Remember to think about items that could be donated for the Yard sale.
