MATTRESS PROJECT IN NICARAGUA –Please help by saving your outer milk plastic bags and placing them in the box in the foyer by the coat rack.

THE GRIND NEEDS HELP!   Now that the Salvation Army has closed, they provide meals for 50 guests four times a week. They need volunteers to prepare & serve meals, donations (directly to The Grind) etc.  Please contact Yvonne Kendall at Pembroke.communitykitchen@gmail.comor call 613-735-8729 to see how you can help.

GREAT NEWS…our numbers are growing!  Ask Bruce, Gloria or Bev for more info to find out how you can be part of this exciting challenge! We especially need Nursery workersto fill in a few spots over the summer.  See Sharron Luloff.  Please try to complete your Plan to Protect if you have started but not completed the process.
